How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped using the DHL parcel service. If you place an order on working days before 13.00, then the parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day!
What is the delivery time on my order?
We aim to ship all orders placed on a working day before 13.00 on the same day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we have received your payment and once your order is shipped. Orders made around the holidays and/or during the weekends can have a longer delivery time. All the items that we sell online are in supply and available in our warehouse at the time that the products are placed online. However, it can happen that multiple customers place an order during the same period of time. That is why it can sporadically happen that a product is still sold out.
Do I receive updates on the progress of my order?
We will send you a number of e-mails about th status of the progress of your order. After you have placed your order, we will give you an order confirmation by e-mail. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail of this as well.
We do our best to inform you about the items on our website. Should an item still not meet your expectations, then it can be returned or exchanged (within 14 days). The items that are returned should be undamaged, delivered in the original packaging and contain a return form.
Return shipments at your own expense
Would you like to return an item and not place an order for a new item? Please send us the items accompanied by a return form at your own expense. You will receive the purchase price back within 14 days in the manner you paid for it.
